Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that we cannot fill your time slot when you cancel or miss your appointment without a 24-hour notice.

Rescheduling Policy

To reschedule your appointment, the client MUST at least give a 24-hour notice in advance to use the same deposit payment. If the client cancels in less than 24-hours, the deposit cannot be used for a future massage appointment.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Melllo Massage provides 100% Professional Therapeutic Massage Therapy Services only. Any advances, comments, or gestures of a sexual or inappropriate nature are strictly prohibited. Clients engaging in such behavior will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of their session and barred from future appointments. Local law enforcement may also be notified.
